Lost in the kitchen? Here are some quick and easy recipes you can throw together to help you get started.

Need some easy cooking tips and kitchen basics that are budget friendly? Perhaps you're a college student, or a newlywed, or someone who's moving into their first apartment. The trick quick and easy meals is to turn off the Food Network. Their definition of "quick and easy" is not exactly Cooking 101! Stock up your kitchen with easy convenience foods that use can use to pull together easy meals. Here are some grocery lists of frozen foods, pantry foods, refrigerated foods, and spices to help get you started. After your kitchen is stocked, start cooking. Expect that you're going to mess things up royally now and then. As long as nothing catches on fire and you don't give your roommate food poisoning, you're golden.
